We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at support@silknradiant.com. Approved returns should be sent to Dayton, Ohio. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it's damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

Return the item and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.

EU Customers:

If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason. Item must be in original condition, with tags and packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
